The Secret Name

Though we looked deeply in Her eyes

In truth what could we see,

A glimpse perhaps of Paradise

And veiled Divinity.

As She leaned down in love to us

A Force of God was felt,

Powerful and luminous

As by Her feet we knelt.

She holds no more the earthly frame

But works within the cells

Of those who speak the secret name

That in the silence dwells.
